Game studio Shadow Portal is looking for a designer of promotional materials for long-term work on our game projects. We need a specialist who will be responsible for all visuals around the games: from release covers to materials for posts and events. The work is project-based, diverse, with opportunities for growth and expansion of responsibility. Tasks: - Promo design: release covers, banners for platforms, event and holiday art - SMM visuals: images for posts, announcements, polls - Design adaptation: preparing materials for different formats and sizes - Working with existing assets: refining, developing, and reusing current materials - Additional tasks: designing internal team materials (as needed)

We are looking for: - Language: confident Russian (primary communication language in the team) - Experience: promo design, graphic design, or related fields - Skills: - sense of composition and visual rhythm - confident work with typography and text - ability to quickly adapt graphics to different formats - Content: willingness to work with 18+ themes (promo for NSFW games, without mandatory creation of NSFW art) - Responsibility: adherence to deadlines, stable communication, adequate reaction to edits - Communication: ability to work according to technical specifications and ask questions if something is unclear Will be a plus: - experience in gamedev or related fields - understanding of marketing tasks and promotion funnel - ability to work in a unified visual style of the project

Payment is discussed individually and depends on experience, format, and involvement. Possible formats: - hourly pay - fixed price per task - hybrid format We are considering long-term cooperation. Transparent conditions and a clear scope of tasks.
