Designer

Designer position at FACTORIA, up to 100,000 RUB. Office in Moscow. Focus on packaging, brand identity, and AI-generated illustrations.

Develop packaging design. Create visual concepts and develop the visual component of the brand: logo, identity, brand book, guideline. Generate illustrations using AI. Develop layouts for marketing and PR purposes: advertising, internet banners, souvenirs, printing products, design elements for company software. Create and layout designs, prepare them for printing and production, adapt for various media and channels. Compose technical specifications for contractors and manage production of souvenir, printing, and other marketing products. Work with content for Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, and other marketplaces. Track design trends of product cards on marketplaces. Create infographics and video covers, participate in photo shoot preparation: develop briefs, technical specifications, and concepts.

Experience in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Figma at a level no lower than 7 out of 10. Knowledge of basic design principles. Experience with AI for image generation (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.). Ability to compose technical specifications, including specifications for producing souvenirs and printed materials, and work according to them. Ability to work with references. Understanding of color, font, and shape combination principles. Understanding of marketing fundamentals.
