Designer-Marketer at MDI in Moscow/Moscow region. Salary from 150,000 RUB, no ceiling. On-site only, 5/2. Responsibilities include landing pages, presentations, email creatives, photo retouching, design system, contractor management.

MDI is a company building club cottage settlements and business/premium-class houses in Moscow region. One of the projects is Eli Estate. Responsibilities: - Develop and improve selling websites, landing pages, presentations, email materials and other visual products - Turn large amounts of information into clear and visually strong materials - Build visual structure and place accents for marketing tasks - Process, retouch and adapt photos - Participate in developing and refining landing pages - Lay out marketing and digital materials - Create layouts for email newsletters and other digital formats - Assign tasks to contractors and control results - Participate in the development of MDI's internal design system

Requirements: - High attention to quality and detail - Understanding of digital and marketing design - Ability to quickly dive into tasks and work without detailed specifications - Developed visual awareness and interest in new tools - Consistency and ability to drive projects to results - Confident command of Photoshop and Figma - Experience using AI tools - Ability to work with contractors and manage the process
