Designer Manager

Remote Designer Manager position at ANO Creative Business, mentoring employees with disabilities in graphic design tasks. Full-time, Moscow time schedule.

Responsibilities: — Mentoring employees with disabilities who perform various simple tasks in graphic design; — Helping employees with disabilities complete tasks using created methodological materials and personal mentoring; — Developing independence of employees with disabilities in solving routine work tasks.

Requirements: — Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; — Understanding that you will work with people with disabilities and varying degrees of socialization; — Computer literacy, interest in IT and graphic design; — Mentoring experience.
