Manager of designers at Creative Business. Remote. Mentoring employees with disabilities in graphic design tasks.

Tasks: • Mentoring employees with disabilities who perform various simple tasks in graphic design. • Helping employees with disabilities complete tasks using created methodological materials and personal mentoring. • Developing independence of employees with disabilities in solving routine work tasks.

Requirements: • Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator. • Understanding that you will work with people with disabilities and varying degrees of socialization. • Computer literacy, interest in IT and graphic design. • Mentoring experience.
