Designer at FAKTORIA, up to 100,000 RUB. Develop packaging design, brand identity, and marketing materials. Office in Moscow.

Responsibilities: - Develop packaging design - Create visual concepts and develop the brand's visual component: logo, identity, brand book, guidelines - Generate illustrations using AI - Create layouts for marketing and PR purposes: advertisements, internet banners, souvenirs, printed materials, design elements for company software - Create and layout designs, prepare them for printing and production, adapt to various media and promotion channels - Write technical specifications for contractors and manage the production of souvenirs, printed, and other marketing products - Work with content for Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, and other marketplaces - Track design trends of product cards on marketplaces - Create infographics and video covers, participate in photo shoots: develop briefs, technical specifications, and concepts

Requirements: - Experience in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Figma at a level no lower than 7 out of 10 - Knowledge of basic design principles - Experience with neural networks for image creation (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) - Ability to write technical specifications, including specifications for souvenir and print production, and work with them - Ability to work with references - Understanding of color, font, and shape principles - Understanding of marketing basics
