Malina Real Estate is looking for a remote, part-time Designer-Copywriter to create daily carousel posts. Responsibilities include writing and designing content in Russian and English. Two options available: full cycle (writing and design) for 100,000 ₽/month, or design only for 50,000 ₽/month.

– Create 2 carousel posts per day; – Receive a topic → write text, develop it independently → agree on the text → design the carousel post, formatting slides in Canva; – Content in Russian + duplication in English.

– Ability to develop a topic, not just "format text"; – Write clearly, structurally, without fluff; – Fluent in Russian and English without the need for editing; – Proficient in Canva at a high level (no training required); – Ability to sense presentation and create content that holds attention; – Work on time without reminders. Plus: understanding the real estate market or quickly immersing yourself in it.

– 30 unique carousel posts per month in Russian + duplication in English (copying/adaptation); – Salary corresponds to the volume of tasks; – Format: remote, part-time; – Option 1 (full cycle): You develop the topic yourself, write the text, and do the design → 100,000 ₽ / month; – Option 2 (design only): Work with ready-made text, doing only the design → 50,000 ₽ / month. There will be a test task (carousel in Canva).
