Design/UX UI Lead

Design/UX UI Lead at Fledge. Own identity end-to-end, build mobile+web design system, redesign key iOS/Android/web flows, growth hypotheses and A/B tests. Remote, Service Agreement.

Own identity end-to-end: logo, typography, color, illustrations, motion. Build a design system (mobile + web): tokens, component libraries, documentation. Design a phased redesign without breaking current flows. Key scenarios in iOS, Android, web: onboarding, matching, subscription, profile. Growth hypotheses, participation in A/B tests. Store pages, landing page, marketing assets for US. As the team grows — hiring and developing designers.

5+ years in UX/UI. Experience managing a design team. Experience in products for US/UK/AU/Latam. Live B2C product with subscription monetization. Building a design system from scratch or leading rebranding. Knowledge of iOS HIG and Material Design. English B2+.

Remote. Service Agreement. At the start you are the only designer, documentation is incomplete, priorities run in parallel. Role for those ready to figure things out independently.
