Design Engineer for Retail Equipment and Accessories

Design Engineer for retail equipment and POS materials in Dubai, UAE. Salary AED 10,000–14,000 per month, hybrid work, full-time.

We develop and manufacture equipment for stores and POS materials used in retail spaces worldwide. The engineer will participate in the full development cycle — from concept and CAD design to prototyping, testing, and production launch. Tasks: - Development of products from plastics, sheet plastics, metal, and wood; - Creating 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and specifications in a CAD environment; - Designing structures considering manufacturability, cost, reliability, and assembly convenience; - Participation in manufacturing and testing prototypes; - Refining products based on test results; - Influencing functionality, manufacturability, and final product design; - Interaction with production and suppliers; - Participation in new product development and potential expansion of technical responsibility as the company grows.

Proficient in CAD systems; Experience in product development and preparation of design documentation; Understanding of mass production principles; Systematic, independent, and attentive approach to work; Fluent Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in designing plastic products for injection molding is an advantage.

Work location: Dubai, Deira district — 3 minutes walk from City Centre Deira metro station. Work format: hybrid; initially mostly office work. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00. Salary: AED 10,000–14,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications. For strong candidates, conditions are discussed individually.
