Design Director in Product

Design Director in Product at Tutu (Moscow, hybrid). Own product visual language, design system, UX, and manage a team of 15+ designers; work with product, analytics, development, marketing. Compensation discussed.

Product design leadership role at Tutu. Responsibilities: - Develop visual language, components, typography, animation, illustrations, and microinteractions. - Launch new products and features; improve existing solutions. - Design scalable interfaces and ensure UX quality in key scenarios. - Develop the design system; collaborate with the communication design team. - Work closely with product, analytics, engineering, and marketing. - Analyze design impact on conversion, retention, NPS, and perceived quality. - Defend design decisions to leadership. - Introduce AI tools into concepting and product interface work. - Hire, onboard, and grow designers; build processes and design culture.

6+ years in product design: B2C, high-load services, e-commerce, or travel-tech. 2+ years as a leader in product design. Portfolio with cases on developing visual language and implementing a design system. Cases with measurable business impact: conversion growth, reduced churn, LTV growth. Experience managing multiple design areas and building processes.
