Deputy Head / Head of Department (Business Analyst)

Federal Treasury is seeking a Deputy Head / Head of Department (Business Analyst) in Moscow. Salary up to 250,000 RUB.

Analyze budget planning processes and budget data distribution. Describe current and target business processes. Analyze user scenarios. Collect and formalize requirements. Write functional requirements / specifications / comments for improvements.

Knowledge of the budget process. Knowledge of consolidated budget list, limits of budget obligations, budget allocations, budget schedule. Experience with GIIS 'Electronic Budget' or similar systems. Experience in describing processes and requirements. Experience in system enhancements / testing / acceptance.

Salary up to 250,000 RUB.
