We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to help two teams plan work effectively, release changes, and develop processes. The product holds a significant market share in St. Petersburg real estate, and the user base is growing. Responsibilities: — Manage the release cycle end-to-end: from planning to release; — Develop team processes and rituals: planning, daily, demo, retro; — Implement and improve DoR/DoD standards; — Prioritize tasks with Product Manager and Tech Lead, manage dependencies and risks; — Coordinate two teams and resolve inter-team dependencies; — Develop process metrics and balance team workload; — Analyze failure causes and find improvement points; — Increase team maturity in Scrum and help implement process changes.

— Experience as Delivery / Project Manager or Scrum Master for 3+ years; — Experience facilitating team rituals and implementing process changes; — Ability to plan releases and iterations, manage dependencies and resources; — Practical experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban; — Understanding of build and delivery processes: branching, CI/CD, environments, feature flags, and release windows; — Proficient in Jira and Confluence at power-user level; — Experience coordinating releases of multiple teams; — Ability to design and conduct meetings that help the team solve work tasks.
