DBO Engineer (Big Data/MLOps)

Centicore seeks a DBO Engineer (Big Data/MLOps) for its MLOps infrastructure team. Remote within Russia. Full-time. Salary: 380,000–400,000 RUB net per month. Focus: Big Data, MLOps, Spark, Kubernetes, Python.

Centicore is looking for a DBO Engineer for the centralized MLOps infrastructure development team. The company develops turnkey projects for customers. Responsibilities: - Optimize database settings for Big Data and Streaming Feature Store; - Configure and deploy infrastructure components; - Create and maintain custom tools for a unified ML environment; - Develop training and execution environments for ML models; - Scale systems and tools for managing the machine learning model lifecycle; - Participate in the development of Feature Store, AutoML, A/B testing and RAG/LLMOps; - Propose infrastructure development and refactoring solutions; - Help colleagues and platform users.

Experience configuring and optimizing Big Data solutions for 2+ years; DevOps experience for 3+ years; Confident knowledge of Docker, Helm, Jenkins or GitLab CI; Automation experience in Python; Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and ELK; Experience setting up databases for high loads and stream data processing; Kubernetes and OpenShift administration will be a plus; Experience with MLOps solutions will be a plus; Independence and ability to drive tasks to results; Willingness to deeply dive into infrastructure and propose improvements; Ability to see the big picture and work in a team.

Remote work within Russia. Full-time. Salary: 380,000–400,000 RUB net per month depending on experience.
