Database Developer

International product company seeking a Database Developer for high-load entertainment projects. Office in Serbia, flexible schedule, corporate benefits.

Responsibilities: - Design database architecture and stored procedure code for new services alongside experienced developers. - Maintain and optimize current company products, including CIS market leaders and globally popular products. - Attend profile conferences, share experience with colleagues, and constantly explore new capabilities of MySQL.

Required skills: - Write stored procedures in SQL with maximum algorithmic capabilities – loops, cursors, recursive algorithms, etc. - Build fault-tolerant database systems based on MySQL or similar relational databases. - Know how to optimize SQL queries, interpret EXPLAIN and SHOW PROFILE output. - Design and optimize data schemas, and modify them with minimal downtime. - Familiar with replication setup (master-slave, master-master), GTID. - Result-oriented and meet deadlines (no strict bureaucracy, friendly team).
