Data Steward position in Limassol, Cyprus, with StarTribe. Full-time, hybrid office role focusing on Data Governance and Data Quality for an internal XRM system. Salary is negotiable.

StarTribe is part of a large international holding with over 10 years of experience in creating and developing large-scale IT products for major companies. The holding employs around 10,000 people globally, with its main office in Cyprus. Their primary focus is iGaming, developing technological solutions for online entertainment, sports, and games, operating in the B2B segment and ranking among industry leaders (top-10 worldwide). About the Project: Development of an XRM system, a universal modular platform combining CRM, PRM, and HRM functionalities. This is an internal product with potential for market release. The project is currently in active development.

5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Stewardship; Good knowledge of SQL for writing quality checks and anomaly detection; Basic proficiency in Python for automation and DQ scripts; Understanding of Data Governance principles and Data Quality processes; Experience maintaining a business glossary and data catalog; Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality tools; Higher education in IT, analytics, economics, or related fields.

Official employment according to Cyprus Labor Code; Work schedule: 5/2 with flexible start times between 8:00 and 11:00 (office format, hybrid); Probationary period: 6 months; Annual bonus based on performance; Salary is discussed after a personal meeting; Paid sick leave, vacation + 4 additional days off; 50% compensation for SkyEng English language courses; Corporate meals.
