– Over 6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or FinOps with a focus on cloud infrastructure cost analysis, capacity planning, or efficiency optimization. – Experience building cost forecasting models and large-scale cost allocation systems. – Deep understanding of cloud billing systems, cost allocation methodologies, and cost optimization levers (e.g., reserved instances, committed use discounts, right-sizing, spot/preemptible resource utilization). – Passion for the company's mission to build helpful, honest, and harmless AI. – Expert knowledge of Python, SQL, forecasting, data modeling, and data visualization tools. – Action-oriented and bias for action, not letting perfection be the enemy of effective. – Ability to thrive in ambiguity, taking initiative to create clarity and drive forward. – Deep curiosity and energy to thoroughly explore complex questions. – Experience turning open-ended questions and data into concise and impactful analysis. – High proficiency in written communication and presentation skills.
