BGStaff, a recruitment agency, is hiring a DS/AI engineer for an outstaff company on a long-term project. Responsibilities include developing and deploying AI agents based on LLM, fine-tuning language models, and integrating with IT systems.

Commercial experience of 3+ years and experience in bringing LLM-based AI agents to production. Knowledge of classical ML, Deep Learning in NLP, and Transformer architecture. Practical experience in fine-tuning language models. Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and Transformers. Experience with IT system integrations and industrial work with Kubernetes.

Salary from 200,000 to 230,000 RUB net per month. Remote work. Registration as individual entrepreneur with tax coverage.
