JETLYN is looking for a Middle+/Senior Data Engineer for remote work in Russia. The role involves migrating data architecture to S3 + Trino + ClickHouse, optimizing SQL queries, and integrating data from SAP. Salary is 220,000-310,000 RUB/month.

The key task of the department is the migration of the data storage and processing architecture from Apache Hive and Greenplum to a modern stack: S3 + Trino + ClickHouse. You will participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of the new corporate data warehouse (EDW), ensuring seamless transfer of business logic and analytical processes. Key tasks: - Design and implementation of data migration and ETL/ELT processes to the new stack (S3 → Trino/ClickHouse). - Development, optimization, and refactoring of complex SQL queries for analytics, reporting, and data marts. - Integration of data from SAP systems (HCM, ERP) and other corporate sources. - Ensuring data quality, consistency, and validation after the transition to the new architecture. - Participation in the development and support of the corporate data warehouse (EDW) architecture.

Advanced SQL level (critical requirement: ability to write complex queries, window functions, execution plan optimization, working with terabytes of data). Solid experience with the Hadoop ecosystem: Hive, Spark. Experience in commercial operation or migration of Greenplum (or other MPP DBMS). Knowledge of modern analytical stacks: ClickHouse, Trino, working with S3 storage. Experience in designing and developing EDW (Corporate Data Warehouse). Understanding of data analysis methodologies, building data marts and metrics. Knowledge of data architecture and business processes in SAP (HCM, ERP modules). Will be a plus: - Proficiency in Python for automation, writing UDFs, and integration scripts. - Experience orchestrating pipelines in Apache Airflow. - Experience with ETL tools (including SAS DI). - Knowledge of Apache NiFi for streaming data and routing. - Experience using Power Designer for DDL modeling and schema design.
