We need an organizer who will daily put things in order in numbers and help the team not lose results. Two simple tasks, full training from scratch: 1. Fill in a table with numbers. Each morning, open our program amoCRM (like an online journal where we store all clients). Select yesterday's date. See how many measurements each employee made. For example: Marina recorded 2 measurements, Daler recorded 2 measurements. Take a common table (e.g., in Google Sheets) and put the number 2 next to 'Marina' and 2 next to 'Daler'. That's it. No formulas, no complex calculations. Just transfer numbers from one program to the table. 2. Check the recruiter (put green checkmarks). You go to a special tab where you can see if the recruiter confirmed today's interviews. If everything is confirmed, you put a green checkmark (just click). If something is missed, write in the general chat: 'Recruiter, this is not confirmed, check.' No calls, no sales, no stress. Only numbers, order, and green checkmarks.
