Senior Data Analyst at HuntTech. Experience: 5+ years. Salary: 200k - 250k RUB. Remote. Location/Citizenship: RF. Full-time.

Responsibilities: - Interacting with business users to collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements for analytical solutions in the banking domain. - Analyzing data quality, defining quality criteria, and preparing test cases. - Searching and analyzing data in source systems, working with mappings and analytical solution architecture (ETL, DWH layers). - Preparing and agreeing on technical specifications for the development of analytical solutions. - Developing data marts and optimizing their performance when necessary. - Interacting with Data Engineers on the implementation of data marts and setting up regular loads. - Developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

Requirements: - Experience specifically as a Data Analyst (not just a system analyst or ML engineer). - Strong SQL skills: complex queries, window functions, optimization. - Data modeling experience; knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 - will be a plus. - Skills in working with data marts and building warehouse layers. - Understanding of banking products. - Knowledge of core banking operations and business processes. - Experience in preparing financial reports. - Participation in regulatory projects - will be a plus. - Experience with large volumes of transactional data and their analysis. - Understanding of customer analytics. - Experience with Power BI: - complex interactive dashboards, - linked visualizations, - flexible role models, - performance optimization. - Ability to combine data analytics and visualization for business. - Skills in using various external data.
