Data Analyst (Financial and Commercial Analytics, SQL/Python)

Data Analyst position at ProfiStaff, salary from 200,000 RUB per month, hybrid or office in Moscow, 3-6 years of experience required.

Working in the business analysis department of the company. Preparation of analytical reports on marketing and financial data. Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities. Participation in budget planning and monitoring, including marketing expenses. Comparative analysis of planned and actual indicators, including P&L and Cash Flow. Planning and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). Working with data marts. Calculation and analysis of large data arrays using SQL and Python. Development and support of calculations in Python: business metrics, forecasts, analytical and calculation models. Working in Anaplan within operational planning and business process modeling.

Higher education (economic / technical / IT). Experience in analytics for 2-3 years in positions: data analyst / commercial analyst / financial analyst / marketing analyst. Proficient in SQL, Python, Excel. Practical experience using Python not only for data processing, but also for implementing calculations with business logic: calculating indicators, forecasting, modeling. Ability to read and analyze existing Python code, find errors in calculation logic. Understanding of budgeting principles, plan-fact analysis, key P&L and Cash Flow indicators. Understanding of key marketing metrics and methods of their calculation. Basic understanding of pricing principles and factors affecting financial and commercial business indicators. Ability to process, analyze and visualize data in tabular and graphical form. Skills in working with large volumes of data, critical thinking and attention to detail. English - Intermediate and above.

Salary from 200,000 RUB per month, net. Full-time employment. Schedule: 5/2. Work format: hybrid or office (Moscow).
