Data Analyst

Data Analyst role in Belgrade, Serbia, focused on analytical research of business and operational processes, metrics (LTV, CAC, ROMI, retention, conversion), and hypothesis testing. Office-based, full-time 5/2.

Conduct analytical research of business and operational processes. Independently determine which data and metrics are needed to answer a question. Find causes of metric changes, patterns, anomalies, and growth points. Analyze business, operational, and product metrics: LTV, CAC, ROMI, retention, conversion, etc. Test hypotheses and evaluate results of changes. Work with data from internal systems and databases. Formulate conclusions and recommendations based on analysis results.

Commercial experience in data analytics. Ability to independently understand data, find patterns, and draw conclusions from analysis. Nice to have: experience in iGaming, FinTech, payments, or other areas with large data volumes.

Official employment and assistance with residence permit. Work in an office in Belgrade (hybrid or remote work is not provided). Schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 17:00. Paid vacation and sick leave. 4 additional day-offs per year. Salary to be discussed.
