Cybersecurity Department Specialist

Cybersecurity Department Specialist at A1, Minsk. Hybrid. Experience: 1–3 years. Responsibilities include ISMS audits, ISO 27001/PCI DSS compliance, documentation, and client security support. Salary discussed at interview.

• Manage projects for audits, design, creation, and certification of information security systems for proprietary cloud platforms; maintaining ISMS compliance with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS. • Develop and update information security documentation. • Participate in optimization, templating, and automation of the ISMS certification process. • Interact with external clients on information security issues, including personal data protection. • Organize information security training, including personal data protection. • Monitor legislation in information security, cybersecurity, and personal data protection and implement necessary measures.

• Basic knowledge of network technologies (IP routing, firewall, etc.) and system administration (Linux, Windows, AD, etc.). • Basic knowledge of security tools (SIEM, NGFW, Antivirus, IPS/IDS, Vulnerability Management, Anti-DDoS, etc.). • Knowledge of Belarusian legislation and technical regulations in information protection and cybersecurity and ability to navigate concepts and structure. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence). • Willingness and desire to learn new technologies and business processes. • Communication skills and teamwork. • Stress resistance and readiness for emergencies. • High performance and initiative.
