Customer Support Manager

Guangzhou Golden Wings seeks a Customer Support Manager to work with clients on sourcing and shipping goods from China to Russia and CIS. Remote, flexible 5/2, salary from 50,000 RUB plus bonuses, KPI, and premium.

Company "Guangzhou Golden Wings" (gwchina.ru) provides full-cycle services for working with China in the commodity sector (sourcing, purchasing, inspection, shipping goods to Russia and CIS countries). We have a young and ambitious team! Responsibilities: - Work with a warm client base and incoming new requests (Avito, website, VK). No cold sales. - Deal support: business correspondence, negotiations with suppliers. - Reporting (spreadsheets, AmoCRM). - Search for products and suppliers based on technical requirements on Chinese platforms (Alibaba, Taobao, 1688, etc.)

Must have: - Sales experience of at least 1 year. - Ability to focus on tasks. - Negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Google Sheets. Nice to have: - Experience working with China (welcomed). If not, we train on all specifics. Main thing is your desire and involvement.

Schedule: 5/2, 6-8 hours per day, depending on workload and speed (weekends Sat-Sun). Probation period: 1 month. Salary payment: once a month. Remote work. Young, friendly team.
