Customer Support Engineer at Spotware Systems in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time role supporting B2B brokerage clients with MT4/MT5, SQL, logs and incident resolution. Relocation support and benefits available.

Supporting B2B clients on technical and functional issues Investigating incidents using logs, SQL and application-level analysis Working with MT4/MT5, plugins, gateways and liquidity bridges Coordinating with clients, internal teams and third parties Troubleshooting issues and driving them through to resolution Building deeper expertise in Forex and brokerage technology Using AI tools to improve your day-to-day workflow

3+ years of technical support experience in brokerage or fintech Experience with MT4/MT5 Manager & Administrator Knowledge of liquidity bridges such as oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid or similar Practical SQL skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong English Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule after training (24/6 coverage) Nice to have: API integrations, FIX protocol, programming/scripting skills
