Customer Success Manager / Project Manager (Enterprise Segment, Implementation Projects, Integrations)
Company: 13tm is hiring a Customer Success Manager / Project Manager for a full-time hybrid role in Moscow. Salary: 230-280k net (IP/SMZ). Focus on client results, not just task management. Experience with IT/SaaS projects and enterprise clients required.
Key focus of the role: not task management, but client result management. Responsibilities: - Managing the client from deal closure to product launch and usage. - Managing the client journey and implementation (deadlines, stages, final result). - Organizing effective interaction between the client and internal teams (product, architecture, support, sales). - Identifying and removing client-side blockers. - Managing expectations and driving to results. - Participating in the formation and development of the Customer Success model (processes, metrics, scripts).
- Successful management of IT / SaaS projects (experience with the enterprise segment will be an advantage) - Practical experience in implementation and working with clients after deal closure - Client management skills (not just internal processes) - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, development, support, sales) - Strong communication skills: ability to conduct dialogue at a business level (with business leaders and owners) - Understanding of corporate processes (budgeting, approvals, etc.)
