Customer Manager

Fintech company seeks a Customer Manager for remote full-time work. Salary 70,000 RUB + bonuses. Responsibilities include client communication, sales, and support.

Handle incoming client inquiries; conduct outgoing communication by proactively writing to clients and maintaining contact; consult clients on company services and products; present and promote company services; identify client needs and offer suitable solutions; support clients at all stages of interaction; record communication results and maintain work reports. This is not just working with incoming messages. The manager actively interacts with clients, initiates dialogue, presents services, and helps increase company sales.

Proficient Russian language; confident communication in messengers; communication skills and initiative; have a laptop or PC; stable internet; responsibility and discipline; experience in sales, promotion, or support is a plus.

Salary 70,000 RUB + bonuses; schedule 5/2, from 20:00 to 06:00 Moscow time; remote work from anywhere in the world; free training.
