Customer and Content Assistant (Remote)

Remote assistant for client communication and content. Pay: 15,000 RUB during first month training, then 20,000 RUB/month. Part-time, 2–3 days/week, flexible schedule.

Remote assistant for client communication and content. Responsibilities: - Process inquiries and correspondence - Maintain client base and communication history - Gently follow up on dialogs (reminders, clarifications) - Create individual offers based on interests - Draft posts from provided materials - Edit texts - Publish on Telegram and social media - Simple video editing with subtitles (training provided) Important: no template mass mailings; live, careful communication without pressure.

Female, 20–35 years old. - Attentive, proactive, with competent speech - Able to feel people and distinguish care from pushiness - Interested in content and social media - Ready to learn and make small decisions - Assistant experience is a plus, but attentiveness and genuine interest are more important.

Remote work. 2–3 full days per week (6–8 hours each). Flexible schedule, can be adjusted to your availability. Pay: 15,000 RUB during training (first month), then 20,000 RUB/month. Long-term cooperation is desired.
