Curator of Admission to Germany

Remote full-time Curator of Admission to Germany for an educational project helping students enroll in German universities. Salary from 90,000 RUB + KPI. Tasks include analyzing applicants' profiles, selecting universities, preparing documents, and communicating with institutions.

Your task is to guide the applicant from analyzing their education and choosing a program to submitting documents and enrollment. Responsibilities: - Analyze applicant's profile and determine admission strategy. - Select universities, programs, and Studienkolleg. - Check compliance of education with university requirements. - Create a step-by-step admission plan and monitor deadlines. - Assist in preparing and submitting documents via uni-assist and university portals. - Communicate with universities and authorities. - Track application statuses and resolve non-standard situations. - Manage clients in CRM. No sales or cold calls — you focus exclusively on admission and student support.

We are looking for you if you have one of two experience options: 1. You yourself applied to a German university or Studienkolleg and went through the process from documents to enrollment. OR 2. You worked as a curator / consultant / mentor in the field of foreign education and supported admission to Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Also required: - English B2 or higher; - Fluent Russian; - Ability to independently search and verify information from primary sources; - Attention to documents and deadlines; - Willingness to manage 20–30 clients simultaneously. Nice to have: German language, experience with uni-assist, VPD, university portals, Notion, and AI tools.
