Crypto-native Project Manager / Developer

Seeking a crypto-native project manager/developer to build and package a crypto project from scratch, including design, website, and product mechanics. Profit sharing 50% with average launch profit ~$3,000. Remote.

We need a person who can not just 'make a website', but assemble and package a crypto project from scratch so it can be properly launched and promoted. Responsibilities: - Come up with / refine the project concept - Create and design an X (Twitter) account - Manage the account: posts, visuals, memes, videos, content - Design the project and all necessary materials - Build a beautiful working website - Implement the product / project mechanics - Fully bring the project to a launch-ready state There are no restrictions on technologies. You can code manually, vibe-code, use AI and any tools that allow you to quickly achieve a good result.

We are not looking for an ordinary web-dev who just receives a spec and writes code. We need someone who understands crypto from the inside and knows what projects that actually launch look like. At least one of the following is required: - Already launched your own crypto projects / tokens - Worked on similar launches - Long and active trading of memecoins and understanding of how this market works - Strong crypto-native background and understanding of what a project should have: narrative, X, visuals, website, product, mechanics, etc. No such experience - we do not consider. The stack does not matter. It is much more important that you can independently assemble a strong project, not just perform a separate technical task.

50% of the profit from the project launch. No fixed salary and no complex corporate story. You take the project and are responsible for its creation → we handle the launch → we split the profit 50/50. The average profit from one launch is currently about $3,000, but it depends on the specific project and its results.
