Cross-Exchange Arbitrage Trader

Fintech project seeks a specialist in cross-exchange trading of digital assets on Bybit, OKX, MEXC. Remote, training provided, no experience required.

Develop algorithmic and cross-exchange trading of digital assets on international centralized exchanges Bybit, OKX, and MEXC. Focus on identifying and executing short-term price discrepancies between trading platforms, liquidity analysis, and executing arbitrage trading cycles according to a ready strategy. Work is based on a systematic approach: monitoring quotes, evaluating spreads, fees, and market depth, controlling execution of operations, and managing trading capital. Looking for a specialist ready to develop in Cross-Exchange Arbitrage and work with international digital asset infrastructure. Training is provided, so candidates without relevant experience are also considered.

Understanding of basic principles of financial markets, trading, or digital assets is a plus. Knowledge of how CEX platforms Bybit, OKX, MEXC work is a plus but not mandatory. Understanding of terms: spread, liquidity, order book, market/limit order, trading fee, slippage is a plus. Analytical mindset and attention to numbers. Ability to work according to an algorithm and make quick decisions when market situation changes. Responsibility when working with financial operations. Experience is not required — practical training and support at the initial stage are provided.

During training and practice, initial capital is provided. Further work may involve own funds. Fully remote work format. Flexible schedule and ability to plan working time independently. Practical training in Cross-Exchange Arbitrage principles. Work with international trading platforms Bybit, OKX, and MEXC. Ready-made algorithms for finding and checking trading bundles. Mentor support during training and first independent operations. Remuneration depends on the actual financial result of executed trading cycles.
