Creative Strategist / Producer

We are looking for a Creative Strategist/Producer for Mercurio Group. Responsibilities include developing ad concepts, writing hooks, analyzing results, and generating new hypotheses.

Responsibilities: • Search for and create new advertising concepts and approaches; • Write hooks, scripts, and briefs for designers; • Study the market, competitors, and current advertising formats; • Analyze the results of launched creatives; • Based on numbers, understand which ideas to develop, scale, or reassemble; • Constantly replenish the pool of new hypotheses for testing.

Requirements: • Understanding of marketing and how advertising influences user behavior; • Ability to come up with ideas not for the sake of the idea itself, but for a specific goal; • Good visual literacy in digital advertising; • Ability to formulate an idea clearly and turn it into a script or brief; • Willingness to work with numbers and draw conclusions based on test results; • Experience in performance marketing, iGaming, UGC, SMM, or creating advertising content is a plus.
