Creative Producer / UGC

SVMD agency seeks a Creative Producer with UGC experience to create video creatives and ads for mobile games. Remote, full-time, 5/2, 11:00-20:00 MSK. Fluent English required.

SVMD is a marketing agency providing services for mobile products worldwide since 2013. It develops video production services focused on the gaming industry. Clients include top-10 global gaming companies. The team is horizontal, and every employee can share and implement ideas. Responsibilities: - Briefing clients in Russian and English. - Creating creative strategy for video creatives and ads for mobile games: ideas, scripts, mechanics, and formats. - Developing UGC creatives: ideas, concepts, scripts, hooks, and video structure. - Conducting competitor research. - Finding trends and new mechanics for projects. - Selecting suitable UGC formats, references, and approaches for project tasks. - Preparing detailed briefs for UGC creators and assigning tasks. - Searching and selecting UGC creators for specific tasks. - Communicating with creators, controlling deadlines, and collecting feedback. - Curating UGC creative production from idea to finished video. - Analyzing creative results and using data to develop new approaches.

Fluent English (!) Creativity Experience with UGC creatives for mobile games / apps Understanding UGC specifics: hooks, script structure, native presentation, working with creators Experience creating UGC briefs and assigning tasks to creators Experience developing creative strategies Experience searching and selecting UGC creators Ability to conduct competitor research Understanding trends and ability to implement new formats and mechanics into projects Ability to work with many variations of one creative and quickly test new approaches Ability to analyze creative results and use them to develop new strategies Client management experience
