Appercut is looking for a Creative Producer with 1+ year of experience in digital/performance marketing or ad content production. The role involves creating effective video ads for performance marketing. The salary is $1300-2000. The position is full-time and can be remote or based in Warsaw.

Appercut is a Polish product IT company creating mobile applications used by millions. Our mission is to develop digital products in the Digital Health sector that genuinely help people. Our flagship product, Dr. Kegel, has over 4 million installations and a rating of 4.8/5, ranking in the Top 6 in the US, Top 5 in Canada, and Top 1 in Europe and Latin America. We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our creative team. This role will help transform creative ideas into effective video ads for performance marketing. The ideal candidate can understand the audience and guide a concept from hypothesis to a final video that delivers results.

1+ year of experience in digital/performance marketing or ad content production Experience with performance creatives for digital platforms Understanding of how digital advertising works on Meta/TikTok Involvement in the full creative production cycle English B1+ Basic analysis of metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, hook rate Portfolio and readiness for a test task

Remote or comfortable office in Warsaw
