Creative Producer

Insperia online school seeks a Creative Producer to enhance content. Salary up to 200k RUB, remote with offline shoots in Saint Petersburg.

Insperia is an online school for exam preparation with 9 years of experience, helping over 28,000 students and annually teaching over 10,000 schoolchildren in key subjects. Responsibilities include trendwatching, idea generation and presentation, creating anchors for videos, reviewing and editing video materials, controlling shooting and publication schedules, tracking metrics (focus on TikTok), and developing a team of creators and editors.

Experience in promoting video content for educational businesses targeting teens for at least 1 year. Understanding of algorithms and key metrics of TikTok, Shorts, Reels. Knowledge of hooks, retention, watch time, and virality. Experience working with editors, operators, designers. Understanding content funnel: reach – engagement – trust – sale. Ability to work with metrics and draw conclusions from analytics. Systematic approach: task management, databases, content plans. Ability to increase content reach and launch videos into recommendations. Proficiency in key metrics: retention, subscribers, reach.

Fixed salary + KPI for viral videos (total income up to 200k RUB net). Remote work, preferably from Saint Petersburg or Leningrad Oblast due to offline shoots in Saint Petersburg. Flexible schedule: no strict start/end times, focus on results. Full payment for training if needed. Contract as self-employed or sole proprietor (tax compensated).
