Nexpanse is an independent remote team creating subscription AI products for the mass market in Health and Utilities. We build our own products from idea to profit, not enterprise solutions. AI tools are built into our process by default. Tasks include setting up a creative production system, designing an internal admin/pipeline, tracking competitor trends, analyzing performance metrics, working with contractors, and scaling winners.

3+ years in performance creative with proven track record of high-converting ads. Experience with web-to-web funnels (quiz → paywall → trial). AI-first production with strong command of AI tools. Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and Meta/Google Ads ecosystems. Portfolio with numbers. Recent relevant experience in Tier 1 USA market.

Full-time, fully remote. Flexible schedule, results-oriented. Monday to Friday, but autonomy in hours. Salary from $3,500, negotiable based on interview.
