Creative Producer

Remote full-time Creative Producer at Nexpanse (product PersProtect), salary $5000-5500/month. Manage AI creators, set testing goals, analyze winners.

Build a manageable system for producing and testing creatives. - Set weekly goals for production and tests, monitor execution. - Write briefs for AI creators: ideas, hooks, scenarios, formats, references. - Manage two AI creators and accept their work results. - Maintain a chronology of tests: hypotheses, dates, results, conclusions. - Analyze winners together with UA: win rate, cost of finding a winner, next hypotheses. - Collect competitive analysis, hooks and trends into a common team database. This role is about process management, goals and data, not manual editing. Results are evaluated by win rate, winner cost, and volume of creatives delivered on time.

5+ years experience in performance creatives, including the last 2 years of active practice. - Experience being responsible for creative results (win rate, winner cost), not just production. - Experience in utilities or web-to-web subscriptions. - Ability to write briefs that allow videos to be created without constant rework. - Experience directly managing performers. - Systematic test tracking: hypothesis, launch date, result, conclusions. - Experience using AI in analysis and automation (Claude, ChatGPT, agents), not just for writing texts.

International team, fast testing cycles. - Two AI creators reporting directly. - Work in close cooperation with UA and the head of creative direction. - Processes are built on clear briefs and test tracking, not constant calls.
