We are looking for a Creative Producer / Director / former Motion Lead or Game Designer at the Middle+ level with experience in: • Market analysis and scriptwriting • Creating creatives to be proud of • Working with small teams • Working in an environment with high responsibility, focus on results, and growth What you need to be able to do: Generate ideas for video, playable ads, and CGI creatives, relying not only on intuition but also on analytics and market signals Turn ideas into understandable concepts and clear technical specifications Work effectively with the production team without micromanagement Analyze the market and understand what approaches work now and why Develop hypotheses, find insights, adapt ideas, not just copy trends Be aware of modern creative approaches and marketing Confidently use AI tools in your work
