Creative Post-Production Supervisor / Video Editor Director

Remote full-time Creative Post-Production Supervisor needed to oversee editing and sound quality for video projects. Salary negotiable.

Responsibilities: - Analyze completed and intermediate episode versions. - Assess editing dynamics, cuts, tempo, drama, and emotional impact. - Control musical arrangement: track selection, tension development, emphasis, transitions, pauses. - Evaluate sound design: SFX, atmosphere, synchronization, music/dialogue balance. - Provide specific recommendations with timestamps to editors and sound designers. - Verify corrections and approve final versions.

Experience as a video editing director, editing supervisor, or artistic post-production specialist. - Understanding of visual, musical, and sound dramaturgy. - Ability to sense tempo, create tension, and hold viewer attention. - Skill in formulating constructive feedback with specific aspects for improvement. - Experience in film, TV series, trailers, music videos, or advertising production.

Remote work, full-time 10:00-20:00, interaction with editing and sound design team, compensation discussed individually after interview.
