Creative Marketplace Designer needed for virtual photoshoots, AI tools, and infographic design. Responsibilities include A/B testing covers to improve conversion. Salary: 110,000 ₽ + KPI up to 20,000 ₽.

Responsibilities: · Virtual photoshoots and working with AI tools. · Infographics and design adaptation: developing readable typography, icons that organically fit into AI images. · CTR management: creating 2-3 main cover options for A/B testing. · Regular A/B testing with managers to increase funnel conversion.

Candidate Requirements: · Portfolio is mandatory. · Understanding of graphic design trends. · Willingness to develop in related areas: packaging design, typography, vector graphics.

· Remote format, schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 18:00 (MSK). · Salary 110,000 ₽ + KPI up to 20,000 ₽ at the start. After the probationary period - an increase. · Paid vacation, sick leave · Work in a team of professionals. · Payment for necessary work services.
