Creative Marketing Manager needed for a fast-growing mental health mobile app. Responsibilities include full creative production cycle, hypothesis testing, and performance analysis. Requires 2+ years of experience in creative marketing, strong understanding of Meta ads, and English proficiency.

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager for a mobile product in the mental health/self-improvement space. This role will be responsible for the entire creative system cycle, from generating strong ideas to analyzing results and scaling working concepts. The product focuses on habit building/addiction recovery, helping users form healthy habits, manage unwanted behaviors, and improve personal well-being. The product is in a phase of active growth, so the speed of testing and quality of creative hypotheses directly impact scaling. Key responsibilities: - Ownership of the full creative production cycle - Generation of ad concepts for different messaging angles - Building a backlog of hypotheses and continuous testing - Assigning tasks to designers/motion designers - Reviewing creative output and quality control - Analyzing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPP, CVR) - Identifying winning creatives and scaling successful ones

Your background: - 2+ years of experience in creative marketing (mobile apps/consumer tech) - Strong understanding of paid creatives performance, especially Meta - Experience in building creative hypotheses and testing angles - Ability to combine creative thinking with analytics - Experience working with designers - Strong English writing skills (B2+) Nice to have: - TikTok/Google Ads experience - Experience in wellness/health/self-improvement verticals - Familiarity with UGC formats
