Responsibilities: - Assemble teams for tasks and manage the work of creators, designers, content, and contractors - Formulate the creative vision of projects and be responsible for the quality of ideas at all stages - Generate creativity in projects together with creators (staff/freelancers) - Participate in client meetings: from briefing to presentation of ready-made ideas - Prepare creative briefs for creators and graphic designers

Candidate requirements: - Experience as Creative Director / Senior Creator - Strong portfolio with implemented projects (mandatory) - Knowledge of the creative events market and industry trends - Skills in writing creative concepts, briefs, and presentations - System thinking and ability to assemble an idea into a clear concept - Ability to control the entire idea development cycle: from conception to implementation - Willingness to complete a test assignment - Good visual taste, experience, and sense of humor
