Creative Director / Art Director

ITSALIVE is looking for a Creative Director / Art Director for remote project work in CG, animation, realtime and AI projects.

We create characters and CG, animation, realtime and AI projects. Responsibilities include quickly generating creative ideas and concepts, developing the semantic core of projects (mechanics, story, message, imagery), creating visual concepts and directions, collecting references, moodboards, stills, storyboards and concept presentations, exploring unconventional formats for characters, digital, special projects, Unreal engine and AI projects, understanding how ideas can evolve across formats and communications, forming the visual strategy together with the team, setting tasks for designers, CG artists, motion designers and others, controlling the visual result Serve and help the team bring the idea to the required level, independently creating visual solutions, sketches, AI concepts, stills or other materials for presentations, presenting and defending concepts internally and to the client.

Strong portfolio with advertising, digital, CG or communication projects. Experience as Creative Director / Art Director / Senior Creative or similar. Ability to quickly generate many strong ideas, select the best and develop them. Good sense of visuals, composition, modern advertising and digital culture. Ability to think simultaneously through idea, meaning and visual solution. Ability to quickly turn an idea into materials that can be shown to the team or client. Ability to independently lead the creative part of the project and make decisions. Especially looking for someone who doesn't wait for a ready brief for each visual, but can develop the input themselves - come up with an idea, mechanics, visual language and assemble it all into a concept with pre-visualizations. There is an urgent project, so the ability to quickly get to work and deliver strong concepts in a short time is important!

Project-based work, remote possible. Preferably have IP/self-employed status for ongoing cooperation. Payment is negotiated per project, depending on complexity and tasks - after your assessment of the brief. Salary from 50,000 RUB.
