Creative Director / Art Director

ITSALIVE seeks a Creative Director/Art Director for an urgent project, creating characters, CG, animation, realtime and AI projects. Strong art direction and rapid ideation skills required.

We are ITSALIVE. We create characters and CG, animation, realtime and AI projects. We are looking for a creative director with strong art direction skills for an urgent project, who can quickly dive into a task, come up with strong ideas and turn them into clear visual and conceptual directions. We need a person who can be given a brief and quickly produce several directions, ideas, references and an understanding of how it should look. What to do: - Quickly come up with creative ideas and concepts for tasks - Develop the conceptual foundation of projects: mechanics, story, message, image - Come up with visual concepts and directions - Gather references, moodboards, stills, storyboards and concept presentations - Find non-standard formats and mechanics for characters, digital, special projects, UE and AI projects - Understand how an idea can develop in different formats and communications - Form the visual strategy of the project together with the team - Set tasks for designers, concept artists, motion designers and other specialists - Control the visual result and help the team bring the idea to the required level - Independently quickly sketch visual solutions, sketches, AI concepts, stills or other materials needed for presentation - Present and defend concepts within the team and before the client

What is important: - Strong portfolio with advertising, digital, CG or communication projects - Experience as Creative Director / Art Director / Senior Creative or similar position - Ability to quickly generate many strong ideas, select the best and develop them - Good sense of visuals, composition, modern advertising and digital culture - Ability to think simultaneously through idea, meaning and visual solution - Ability to quickly turn an idea into materials that can be shown to the team or client - Ability to independently lead the creative part of the project and make decisions - Especially looking for a person who does not wait for a ready brief for each visual, but can develop the input themselves - come up with an idea, mechanics, visual language and assemble it all into a concept with pre-visualizations - We have an urgent project now, so the ability to quickly get involved and deliver strong concepts in short terms is especially important!
