Creative Content Manager

Remote or office in Kursk. SMM agency 'Chizhov Studio' seeks a Creative Content Manager. Salary from 90,000 RUB. Full-time, 5/2, 9:00–18:00 MSK. Responsibilities include content strategy, posts, Figma tasks, trend tracking, and analytics.

Studio Chizhov is an SMM agency that builds brands and solves business tasks in social media. It increases profit, forms brand image, and raises awareness through comprehensive strategies. Clients include T-Bank, VSK, Realme, Ulybka Radugi, Rot Front, SOKOLOV, Tricolor, Yandex, SberMobile and other major brands. Responsibilities: - Implement content strategy, propose solutions for content plan, and write posts; - Assign tasks to designers and editors and work with Figma templates; - Track trends and news hooks, adapt them for projects; - Analyze content effectiveness and improve results; - Participate in creating special projects and gamifications.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in an agency; - Experience creating creative ideas with high reach; - Knowledge of social media mechanics, including interactive Telegram formats; - Awareness of trends, memes, and cases of Russian and foreign brands; - Experience using AI for ideas, texts, and factual material; - Ability to evaluate the quality of creative solutions.
