CPO (Chief Product Officer)

CPO for a startup launching a new product line abroad. Part-time remote, salary up to $7,500 per month based on paid orders.

We are launching a new product line in a foreign market. We are a startup and are looking for a first leader to head this direction and help turn audience research into real products. We offer bloggers paid research of their audience, and based on the results, together with them, we create training programs, apps, and other products for their subscribers. Main tasks: - Negotiating with foreign bloggers, validating the value proposition - Organizing and controlling audience interviews, independently analyzing materials and preparing conclusions - Building a product team for the direction, including JTBD researchers - Finding and launching new products based on research

Will be a plus: - Experience in conducting interviews and analysis independently - Confident English for negotiations with bloggers - Understanding of the product lifecycle and skills in working with metrics For the start, it is enough: - Willingness to allocate 4-5 hours per day at the start - Systems thinking and ability to keep the big picture - Ability to ask the right questions - Self-organization and responsibility We will teach the rest in the process.
