We are looking for a person who understands the construction industry and can find news hooks about deals, site purchases, and management changes, and prepare them for publication faster than anyone else. In addition to news, you will write analytical materials and cover events. Tasks: - Finding news hooks - Writing and publishing materials 'faster than anyone' - Attending industry events (conferences, press breakfasts, exhibition openings, etc.) and preparing materials on the spot - Working both offline and via online broadcasts (also in real time) - Visiting residential complexes and shooting materials for publications - Participating in on-camera shoots as a reportage host or interviewer

Expectations: - Write without errors, work quickly with text and fact-checking - Have experience writing about construction (we will also consider authors without editorial experience but with a strong portfolio) - Be able to quickly assess the news potential of a topic - Understand what questions to ask an expert to strengthen the material - Self-employed or individual entrepreneur status (welcome) - Permanently reside in Moscow (candidates from other cities are not considered) - Experience as an editor or correspondent is mandatory

Format: full-time, high responsiveness due to frequent breaking news. Payment: from 100,000 to 300,000 RUB per month (depending on volume).
