Corporate Advisor / Licensing Lawyer

OpiniQ Ltd is hiring a Corporate Advisor / Licensing Lawyer in Limassol, Cyprus (office, full-time) to manage licensing, regulatory compliance, AML/CTF, KYC, and product launches; relocation support provided.

Manage the full licensing cycle (offshore & onshore) Communicate with regulators and agents across jurisdictions Research new markets and prepare legal recommendations Support product launches from a regulatory perspective Draft and adapt AML/CTF, KYC, T&Cs, Privacy Policy Assist with incorporations and corporate structure changes

2+ years of experience in licensing / compliance / legal Hands-on experience with offshore licenses (Curaçao, Anjouan) Understanding of online gambling regulatory frameworks Experience interacting with regulators and/or agents English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
