Content Strategist / Growth Specialist (Remote)

Remote position for a Content Strategist / Growth Specialist with a chess blogger. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, generating content formats, analyzing metrics, and scaling content systems. Salary: 120,000 – 180,000 ₽/month + bonus.

Develop a growth strategy (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, Telegram). Generate and test content formats (including entertainment and mass appeal). Enhance video retention and virality. Analyze metrics (views, retention, growth). Participate in building a content system and scaling.

Experience working with bloggers and personal brands. Case studies of social media growth (especially Shorts / Reels / YouTube). Understanding of viral content mechanics. Ability to propose specific ideas and formats, not just a general content plan. Skill in working with analytics.
