Content Strategist / Growth Specialist (Remote)

Remote position for a Content Strategist / Growth Specialist with a chess blogger. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, generating content formats, analyzing metrics, and scaling content systems. Salary: 120,000 - 180,000 ₽/month + potential bonus.

Develop growth strategy (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, Telegram). Generate and test content formats (including entertainment and mass appeal). Enhance video retention and virality. Analyze metrics (views, retention, growth). Participate in building the content system and scaling.

Experience working with bloggers and personal brands. Case studies of social media growth (especially Shorts / Reels / YouTube). Understanding of viral content mechanics. Ability to propose specific ideas and formats, not just a general content plan. Skill in working with analytics.
